Fill out the form below and select one of our packages. There are four (4) seasonal options or you can select a custom picnic especially for you and your guests.

Looking to have more than 8 people? Planning a proposal? Interested in a specific color theme? Let's collaborate and create a beautiful, custom experience for your event! Make sure to check the Custom Picnic option on the form and provide us details for the last question! If you have questions, contact us at FLXPopUpPicnics@gmail.com.

After we receive your form, we will respond with 24 hours to begin finalizing the details for your FLX POP~UP PICNIC Experience. FLX Pop-Up Picnics will provide a list of locations to choose from near you.

A non-refundable payment of 50% is required to secure a date at the time of booking.

Full Payment and a security deposit is due 14 days prior to scheduled picnic date.

Payment details can be found on your invoice that will be sent via email once the details of your picnic have been outlined.
