FLX Pop-Up Picnics offers four great picnic packages plus a custom picnic experience option to help your day be as memorable as possible.
Standard picnic packages begin at $200 for two people for two hours.
Each additional guest is $25.

All Luxury Picnic Packages Include:

Table, pillows, blankets, flatware, plates, glasses, napkins, décor pertaining to your package, and LED candles

2~hours of the FLX Pop-Up Picnic Experience, with delivery, set-up, and clean up

Personalized letter board to welcome your party to the event

Infused water with an ice bucket for refreshments

FLX Pop-Up picnics are Covid sensitive: Each picnic package will have masks, sanitizer, bug spray, and disinfecting wipes. All setups will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before guests’ arrival.

Denim & Diamonds
When my girls and I come together to celebrate a birthday, a milestone, or sometimes, just a Tuesday, we embrace the moment and make it memorable. Casual and Classy, Denim and Diamonds came to fruition when planning a birthday for a friend at Granger Homestead’s “Picnic on the Lawn” event during the throws of COVID, when being outside with friends was the cool thing to do. When my friend Taryn came up with this fun and sassy idea, we all embraced the concept of feeling comfortable in jeans while decked out in glam diamonds. Whether you’re casual with your girls or snuggled up with your partner on a date night, this comfortable picnic atmosphere will have you sink into the comforts of your coziest jeans and breaking out those special occasion baubles.
Rosé All Day
Summers in the Finger Lakes bring out the best of the rosés! From the “Rosé Soiree on Linden Ave” in Geneva, or Sonnenberg Garden’s “Roses and Rosé” event, the Finger Lakes sure know how to embrace a good blush. Entangling a soft and enticing pink with pastels ranging from sky blue to sunset orange, our Rosé All Day package encompasses that moment where you fall into the delicate comfort of calm and tranquility. Lean into the moment and watch the sunrise or set listening to your favorite tunes as you take a minute to enjoy the moment and the people that surround you.
MacKenzie-Childs Inspired
The Finger Lakes has been gifted with the talent of MacKenzie-Childs, located in the quaint town of Aurora, NY. Hand painted ceramics and quite popular in upstate NY, their Courtly Check pattern is collectable and very dominant in homes all over the Finger Lakes. Enjoy a picnic surrounded with the local artisan's feel as well as the personal touch that only FLX Pop-Up Picnics can bring. Shades of black, white, and gold are integrated with the bright colors from the current season with this picnic package. You will be inspired by the magic and beauty of the hand painted art, and it may encourage you to travel to their Victorian farm overlooking Cayuga Lake! Adding fresh flowers or local chocolates to your package could elevate your experience to the next level of memorable.
Boho~Chic
Referred to as “Cocktail Grunge," Boho Chic is a slick combination of natural, earthy tones that immediately transport you to the feeling of comfort and relaxation. Indulge in deep conversations on rattan seating and soft, fluffy pillows with your loved ones as you feel like submersing into your surroundings and redefining the best version of yourself. Add a Yoga Experience with Mia while you enjoy a cool glass of infused water from your custom pitcher as you relax and take in your surroundings and relish in just being in the moment.
